Mr. Noel Ibo Campos is a lawyer and notary public in Costa Rica, with all the legal requirements, incorporated into the bar association and registered with the Notarial Directorate of Costa Rica, to celebrating weddings as a civil wedding, renew vows, symbolic wedding, and minister/officiant in hotels, beaches, waterfalls, mountains and rainforests anywhere around Costa Rica. Moreover, he is totally respectful of the wide diversity, of cultures, religions, believes, sexual orientation and individualities within our global community.

This is our second wedding have done with Noel Ibo Campos and we are SO excited we got to work with him again! Noel is extremely professional, responsive, organized, and detail oriented. Working with Noel up until the day of was a breeze, he had everything organized and ready to go for the day of. One the day of the wedding he worked with the DJ to cue when the music would need to be played for the processional, and made sure everyone knew exactly what needed to happen at the right now. It all went seamless! We loved working with him and hope to work with him the in future!

Noel Ibo Campos was very attentive, personal, cheerful, prompt and paid great attention to detail. He laid everything out so we knew what to expect which was super helpful. He seemed to very much enjoy performing our wedding which made it all the more special for us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and far exceeded our expectations. We are from U.S.A. and were slightly nervous to book an officiant from overseas but we picked the best possible one. Highly recommend!

We eloped in Costa Rica and found Noel online after some research. His reviews looked good and our emails & WhatsApp conversations helped answer any questions we had. His fee was reasonable for all his services (better than what we were finding online with companies we didn't need all the services they offered), Noel also secured us a photographer, Luis, who was also equally amazing. Overall, the whole experience - pre, post and the day of - was more than we expected and we're very grateful to have found Noel Ibo Campos and Luis to make our special day even more amazing with their energy, professionalism and love for what they do for others.

He helped us with all of our questions all the way through, and hosted us in his beautiful home office for our small ceremony. Beyond this service, he was also so welcoming when hearing of our move to Costa Rica and has continued to be kind and helpful to us.
